With degrees in Physics, Biology, and Math, Shad Schidel brings a holistic approach as Quality Manager at Versatile Power.  He feels that the best job in the company is Quality because of the breadth of projects; with opportunities to work concurrently on customer relations, SOP’s, issue trending, and problem solving. Shad strives to first produce a reproducible baseline and then measurable improvement in all areas of his work. Coming from Cepheid, a Class 2 Medical Device company and Agilent before that, Shad has solid grounding in hardware and software processes which permit him to work as a team player in helping to guide the design and development process to production. Shad graduated from University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular Biology.
