Advanced Energy is putting design solutions and products at engineers’ fingertips with the unveiling of its new website on August 29, 2023. The new, fully re-designed site now integrates comprehensive information on the Artesyn family of products and ensures rapid access to the key information needed to accelerate the development of systems built around advanced power, sensing and control solutions.

The new site features intuitive navigation that quickly guides visitors to everything from technical product specifications and application notes to development tools and stocking information. Built from the ground up to deliver the best possible user experience, the site combines ease of use with robust and intuitive parametric and smart keyword search capabilities and a host of rich, design-oriented content.

Visitors to www.advancedenergy.com can search Advanced Energy’s full range of standard and modifiable products including low-, medium- and high-voltage AC/DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, plasma power systems, amplifiers and sense and measurement technologies. An application section allows engineers to find technical solutions, compliance expertise and other resources important to meeting design objectives, while the pages dedicated to design resources provide a wealth of software, tools and technical content to help engineers quickly and easily find and work with AE’s products.

“AE is a leader in innovating complex, precision power, measuring, sensing and control solutions. We want the new site to be the first port of call for engineers developing next-generation technologies that rely on these products,” says Rajiv Kommineni, Vice President of digital experience and commerce at Advanced Energy, “High volumes of relevant content, easy-to-find application and product solutions and robust and intuitive search capabilities will ensure the site becomes an important, bookmarked resource for engineering teams in applications ranging from a wide semiconductor manufacturing and medical systems to computing, telecom and robotics and transportation, and the full spectrum of advanced industrial use cases.”

With the launch of the new website, AE also made it easier to access support through live chat and phone contact that allows customers to connect with qualified engineers at any time and from any location. To enable orders, an integrated stock check facility speeds product location and ordering and ensures fast fulfilment of samples.

Whether it’s our product portfolio, our first-rate customer service or our website, our focus is always on innovating to meet the needs of engineers.

SEMICON West 2023: AE Advances the Angstrom Era with Transformational New Technologies

August 23, 2023

By Skip Larson

Last month, the semiconductor industry converged on the “City by the Bay” to discuss a wide range of solutions for design, manufacture and test. Under the banner of “Building a Path Forward,” more than 570 exhibitors showcased solutions at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. This year’s discussions focused on the opportunity and challenges the industry will face as semiconductor sales approach the $1 trillion level by 2030, up from $600 million today. Key issues that will either support or hinder the industry include closing technology gaps and critical talent shortages, along with limiting supply chain disruptions and the impact on climate change. What was clear is that delivering high-performance chips with increasingly complex 3D structures at atomic-scale dimensions is demanding more sophisticated wafer process solutions based on real world-processing data to accelerate modeling for faster design turns than ever before.
